(Nemophila maculata) Annual. A low growing native wildflower typically found in the open meadows of Western United States. Delicate white flowers are adorned with five deep blue/purple spots at the tip of each petal. They thrive in areas with mild climates and well-drained soil, perfect for borders, containers, and mass plantings where the arty petals can be appreciated up close! Easy to grow from seed and drought tolerant.
To Grow:
In warmer climates, direct sow after last frost. Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost in cooler climates. Gently press seed into the soil, but do not cover as light is needed for germination.
